HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1:

Road Map To Success Workbook

Start by downloading your Road Map to Success Workbook. Discover your values.  Determine your priorities.  Find clarity and direction on exactly how to reach your goals.  Your Road Map will determine where you should begin in the Mind-Body-Behavior Framework for wellness.

STEP 2:

Live Clarity Coaching Zoom Calls (45 minutes)

​These calls are scheduled for the second Sunday of the month at 8pm CST.

These calls are recorded so even if you can't be on live, you'll always be able to go back and watch.  Strategically placed at this time of day/time means you'll be in the right head space to focus on self improvement without distractions.  These calls are designed to clarify your goals from the Road Map to Success Workbook.  Together we'll celebrate wins, determine where the challenge areas are and how to overcome those road blocks.  You are no longer alone when it comes to those pesky plateaus.  

STEP 3:

Reclaim Your Time

​Month ONE we'll focus on reclaiming some time just for you!  You'll discover where your time goes, what your true priorities are, and how to practically tweak your lifestyle to make room to fill your Life Accounts!

STEP 4:

The Mind - Body Connection

Month TWO we'll focus on how you can use the mind - body connection to your advantage.  Adjust your mindset, cultivate gratitude, discover how food affects your mood, and what exercise is best for you.

STEP 5:

Take Action

Month THREE we take ACTION.  Now that the foundation has been set, it's time to start living your BEST life.  Get the best quality sleep, practice meditation to relieve stress, stop emotional eating and create boundaries making your best YES count!
